We're excited to show the judges how Victoria's Secret dramatically improved customer experience with the help of our employee observation tool - Review.

The Learning Impact Award is presented to a company that has created a learning programme which has produced real tangible results for the business.

What is Review?

Review is a digital app which drive sales through “in the moment“ observations, store visits and retail audits. Managers can use the app to observe employee behaviour and map it to their ideal customer journey. Once the report has been filled out, the user is presented with an action plan which highlights coaching areas to focus on for next time. The more reports that are completed, the easier it is to see the performance gaps which are causing you to lose sales.

How did Victoria’s Secret use Review to improve customer service?

Victoria’s Secret used Review to figure out which areas of their customer service were lacking. With the data, they could make a tailored training programme which strengthened the areas that needed improvement. They carried on using Review to measure their performance to see if their training efforts were working to improve sales and performance.
